    Default After birth pains...

Holy crud!!!! Totally forgot about having to go through this. Worse than labour contractions to some extent!!

What can I do/use/take to help them ease? Excruciating

i remember that. My afterpains were worse than my labour pains.

I was on panadeine for 3days. The middies gave them to me.

Which baby is this? Could.not.fricken.believe the pain after dd3, I had to have endone as the pain was making me near faint and vomit!! With dd2 I just jumped in the shower at any given chance and lots of heat packs with panadine and nurofen.

Baby 3. Ugh. Feel like crying every time I feed! They even seem to e more intense when I am just holding him! (which is something I can't and don't want to avoid, little munch that he is )

I've had panadeine and didn't seem to do much hoping they subside soon. I remember briefly talking to the midwife about it, but u did not realise how much worse they got after each labour!!!!

As soon as I have birth I asked for endone, I figured it was only for like 12-24hrs, short period just to get through it and they were happy to dose me up! They are horrific! Congrats, I found it hurt wen holding bubs too and can't imagine after pains with a number 4!!!! Ickkkk
