Default anyone want a weight loss buddy?

ok so i really want to lose 10kg.

after a horrid preg with DD2 ive totally let myself go and am the heaviest ive ever been.

im having real trouble stoping myself from eating all the time, and cant seem to stick to excercise.

anybody else in a similar boat. looking for someone to check in with each day and hold each other accountable.

I find if u eat up to six times throughout day your body won't go hungry and your metabolism fires up after awhile. I started small - keep a food journal for a week & write down what u eat & when & most importantly how u felt. After that you can analyze it and make some healthier swaps :-) if u haven't done any exercise for awhile I would recommend just walking 30 - 40mins at a time at least 3 days week to begin with.
If I did it anyone can!!!!
My main focus now is not too put on too much and stay fit throughout pregnancy 3.

I'd love to join you, RmumR. I put on heaps of weight with DD and am having trouble getting motivated to lose the last 5kg. I'd really like to alternate between running and doing a pilates or yoga DVD everyday. That's really achievable because I love exercise but I just need to prioritise it. I also would like to watch the amount I eat - it really is crazy
