lillyponds...I know ..I sent myself crazy also. High betas are not necessarily a factor for multiples but instead mean a strong pregnancy. I know people who have had multiples with lower hcg than mine. The only way you'll know is by the scan. Have you a second bt planned?

Yes I had my second BT last Saturday. HCG was 7580 and progesterone 223.1.

Squeak - Most of us are with QFG. For IVF we paid $7060 up front. I'd imagine that ICSI would be about $1000 more. Just give them a call and they'll tell you.

Hi squeak funny you ask, I was just adding the costs up today. I am with qfg too. It's comes in at approx. $7900 for ivf + picsi. The picsi is about $195 more than icsi. Let me know if you need an explanation of picsi.

Squeak - straight icsi is $700 on top of the cycle fee.

Amandamoo - omg I can't believe you are still waiting!! I hope she shows up soon for you.

AFM - finished bcp on Sunday and just waiting for af to show. I have had a little bit of spotting yesterday and today but still no real af. I hope she isn't on holidays with your's Amanda!

Squeak - picsi follows the same process as icsi but instead of picking the sperm visually, they put sperm in a dish with a culture that mimics the outside of the egg. The sperm that attempt to bind the culture are considered the best ones that have the ability to fertilize an egg, so they are the ones that are used for icsi. That is my basic understanding of it anyway...

I see Dr Warren de Ambrosis, coincidently like the majority of gals on this thread

Bronwyn - really hope your af hasn't decided to go on holidays too!

Amanda - wtf that is ages. I bet you are literally pulling your hair out. Does wazza think the dhea has done something crazy especially since you've been using it for 4 months now? The af I just had to start this cycle was so light. I was barely getting any blood on a panty liner...
