    Thank you for everyone who answered and told me their story. It's so sad that some babies didn't survive

    I am really lucky to have come as far as I had. I know we were aiming for 37 weeks and I am pretty sure that the reason labour started was because of some sort of infection.

    I was really lucky to have avoided a c section too they were worried about chromioamnitis (?) with me as well, but thankfully we are both okay. Baby needs to be on iv antibiotics for 48 hours but is otherwise okay.

    I am glad to hear that some bubs make it out okay and only require a small amount of time in the nicu.

    Thanks again for sharing your stories. Hopefully anyone who searches info on pprom will be assured that it is okay.
