I found eating very small bites, very frequently around the clock and small sips of powerade helped me.

I agree, icy poles helped me. And gingernut biscuits too! As much as it sucks, just try and drink as much water as you can

If it's really bad, there is a drug dr's can prescribe. I had it with my first pregnancy and it worked straight away... but I had horrible side effects (anxiety, sweats etc) but I imagine it would be different from person to person!

Hope it stops soon, ms is the worst

I've found lemonade icy poles have been a god send as I've had terrible all day long m/s since 4wks. And forcing myself to eat regularly throughout the day even when I don't feel like it helps also over the whole day. My doctor subscribed medication but I had awful side effects (dizziness, light-headedness, shaky hands, terrible fatigue to the point I couldn't function at work all I could do is go to bed) but I do know people who've taken the medication without any problems.

I really feel for you, I'm in the same boat atm

I feel for you 30 weeks and I'm still spewing. I do have a semi routine that works "most" days now though. The second I wake up I take half a maxalon and eat dry saladas before lifting my head off the pillow, usually 4-6 little squares. After about half an hour of letting that settle I get up and head straight to the fridge and have a chocolate up & go (sounds crazy I know ). I still struggle daily not to spew but 9 times out of 10 once that up & go is in I'm ok enough to then have toast or cereal. On really bad days I have to resort to Zofran which is what my doctor prescribed me. I try to take that as little as possible though. Good luck with it

I was feeling exactly this yesterday and this morning! Id just rather be sick for that temporary relief! The thought of food makes me feel ill but I've found the icy poles, Vegemite on toast and watermelon are tolerable

Oh gosh 30 weeks and still sick @angewah, you poor thing!

If you're wanting icy poles you can't go past the paddle pop lemonade ones, they're not as sweet as some of the others so I found they sit better on my stomach than anything else.
