Quick one from me to say congrats to felicita for being PUPO with twinnies!! How very exciting the "twists" and all that travel paid off!

GL Jen for your first EPU, FX you get a great haul.

And if course BIGGEST of best wishes to EO for ET tomorrow!!

I can feel a baby boom brewing in here.

    Heya to everyone else.

AFM - last day of work was spent holding back the urge to spew, much like the past few days. Good thing DH is home to play nurse - I think he is regretting asking me to travel to Perth and stay with him. I'm 11 weeks this week and am hoping this silly nausea starts making less of an appearance.

Short and sweet because I sent this from my iPhone.

EO - hope Dr B treats you well tomorrow and your little embaby snuggles deep into that lovely thick lining!

AFM - all fine with the boobs and I'm off for my first scan tomorrow. Tracker app reckons I'll ovulate on Tuesday. Question for those of you who've done a FET - if I have blood test tomorrow which shows I've ovulated, would my transfer be Friday or Saturday?

    Night night everyone!

Congratulations felicita on your great news and great embies !! Yay!!! Got all fingers crossed your embies are snuggling in nicely!!

EO good luck for ET today!!! Its great DH can be with you

lindylou, welcome home from camping!! whereabouts did you go? Glad you had a good time despite the dreadful rainy weather we've been having... I think the same thing sometimes when I am around friends kids a lot - wow, its a LOT of work, and you dont get a moment to yourself....yet here we are all wanting to have kids. Cant get past those strong biological needs I guess ... And its really good you're zen and ok about waiting till March too

nattie, welcome. I took the day off for the EPU as my clinic does general anaesthetic, and the few hours off for the ET. I think I will try to take the day off for my next ET so I can rest.... sometimes its been tricky.

TTHC, hooray for AF coming early!!! I'm excited too about almost starting again, and cycling close together .... woohoo!! (however, I dont think my AF will be early like yours, I am expecting her about 4th or 5th....). As its an FET, from my understanding, I wont be jabbing FSH. But I will be taking some antibiotics and also oestrogen and a whole cocktail of meds to support the implantation and pregnancy. To be honest I couldnt keep up with everything FS said... I was trying to fish in my handbag for a pen at the start of the appointment, and couldnt find one, and tried to listen and remember everything... he said they'd tell me what to do as the cycle goes on ("just ring on day 1 of bleeding")!

AFM just waiting for AF to show her face, will have an FET probably mid to late Feb.

    Hi to everyone else

Lola what day is your frosty frozen at? Mine were frozen on day 5, so et would be 6 days after ovulating (cos they defrosted it day 5 and left it a day to make sure it starts growing again.)

EO - how did you go today?

Tthc- yay for AF doing what it was supposed to do. I know what you mean about feeling like a junkie! I am having 'withdrawals' cos I want to be cycling!

Bebe- I'm so glad you have left work and can focus on better things (like trying not to hurl!!!)

On my phone but wanted to drop in and say hi

Thanks Bella - now I get it. PUPO - I like that. Just a bit like Felicita and EO are right now!!! Woo hoo!!

    Felicita
    - that made me smile so much to read your news. Huge for you.

EO - hope your FET went well today. for you too!
And in answer to your question to me ... well, a few things. Firstly, turns out I was wrong about the early O. I got a bit of O pain so thought that was it. But then, on Friday I had excruciating (and I really mean excruciating - moaning, wailing agony all day) pain so clearly the earlier one wasn't it (this was in conjunction with severe tonsilitis that I woke up with that morning, so I was in the wars!). Bit of a worry because that pain was on par with the first O after my fibroid surgery. Since then each one has hurt a bit less, then this sudden jump back. So I will definitely be asking the FS about this. If a normal ovulation is like this, what sort of pain might I get once the stim starts??? The other thing is, he said he doesn't want to do a long down reg on me ... because of my polycystic ovaries (I don't have PCOS but just lots of follicles). He reckons I'll respond better to a quick shut-down basically, then a slow, low-dose stimulation, which may take longer than a normal stim, to make sure I don't get over-stimulated. I want to ask how long he thinks that would be .... because it might be possible to start in Feb after all. However, as my FH will actually be away and literally cannot do his procedure before 4th March, there is no point starting if there's a likelihood my EPU would be prior to that. So I'm still assuming March at this stage.

Lindylou - hi and thanks! Hopefully we'll be lucky cycle buddies together. Do you go to IVFA?

Welcome Nattie! I'm a Nat too. Hope you have the best of luck with your first IVF cycle. It will my first one too.

    Hello to everyone else!!

Quick question for anyone who knows what is the hcg levels for a chemical preg - dr said mine was 2.5 and that is too low for even a chem but I had a really heavy period with lots of clots sorry TMI lol and had bad cramps. I'm just wondering cause I have had this happen a few times and suspected maybe a chemy and thinking I could just have a progesterone issue.
