Lillac - congrats on the EPU and fert. As for what you should be doing now - anything you want, and nothing that you'll regret.

    peonies - good luck today

Alison12 - great to hear that your tubes have decided to be unblocked. Do you sometimes suspect your body does things to spite you? Like unblocking its tubes just to baffle you? (I know mine takes every opportunity to be cantankerous.) Maybe its waiting for you to fork out all the money for your tune up before it makes all the endo and damage magically disappear.
And hearing heartbeats again was great - and made me cry. (Previously at Obs we'd just looked at them.)

Lillac good work on the fert rate!

Peonies - really have everything crossed for today's bloods. Take care of yourself and hoping for the best possible outcome for you.

Sorry for the me post, but some good news.

    BT today:
HCG up to 491 (not quite double but close)
    Prog up to 32

This one's a fighter - it seems to really want to hang on (and we want it to hang on too!!). Another BT on Friday.

peonies - "not quite double but close" is good. Congratulations. The "doubling every 2 days" is only a rough guideline, and if you've got one placenta decreasing its hCG, then that will slightly mask the increases being made by the other one.
    Keep up on that progesterone.
How many dpo are you? 18? 19?

Thanks ladies! So relieved. I know I'm not out of the woods yet, but this is much better news than Monday's. Hopefully Friday will be even better.

I just even took the brave step of making the first ob appointment for 15th May. I can cancel it if the worst happens, but hopefully I will be keeping that appointment!

My EPU was 30th March, so I guess I'm 19dpo. I tried a few online due date calculators for IVF pregnancies and got due date of 20th Dec on one and 21st Dec on another. (my clinic haven't said anything about this yet) My LMP was 15th March, which should make me 5 weeks tomorrow ... so I guess that's about right. this embie continues to stick & grow.

Peonies, a few of us have found the above calculator really useful because of all the extra dates it gives. Have you used this one?

    So exciting, a December baby!!!!!

Thanks Roma! Yes, that's one of the ones I used. It said 20th Dec.

This one is also good because you can base it off transfer or EPU or a few other options.

I know I need a C-section because of the surgery I had last year. So this means it will be a little bit earlier. I'm thinking 12/12/12 has to be lucky - will gun for that.
