My dh also has 6 % n we were told ivf or icsi was the only option. Have u had a karotype blood test. My dh came back abnormal so now it's off to the genetics doc which may rule out ivf

Oh and possibly Clomid for me, the elderly one in the couple.
Yeah my fs has said for him to take menevit to help with quality... I'm on day 11, felt so sick 2 days ago, thought I was going to throw up & cramping bad!!! It will be interesting to see if this works...

No, we haven't... Is it a simple blood test? I might request it.
I thought ivf could help with genetic problems?

Yes it's a blood test n takes 3 weeks to get results. Dr said no matter how many times we got preg I wud most likely miscarry due to translocation of his chromosome which in turn gives him low sperm count

Hope you don't mind me joining. I've got PCO and am Day 2 today, waiting to start my first month of 25mg Clomid on Day 5-9. Very excited to actually have a chance this month...anyone else starting soon?

Hi ainsley welcome. Are you taking anything else for your pco?
I am not just starting but just had my 4th round of clomid and expected to O in 2-3days time.
Hope you don't get too many side effects....

    Hi TTC1 and MARTTC,

I'm not taking anything for the PCO, I think because I don't have any other PCOS symptoms? Is this normal? What kind of things can you take for it?

I'm booked in for a scan Day 12 and DH's test should be back by then. Hopefully he has no issues and I show some follicles!

I will take the clomid at night after the recs on here.

Does anyone else struggle with all these tests/scans and work? Don't know how I can keep sneaking out?

    Good luck all!
