Another question, if i may. How much coffee do you ladies drink? Over the years of ttc I have varied in how well I can maintain healthy habits. It's just hard to keep it up for so long! This last month I'm back on 2 coffees per day, which helps me to be feel alert and clever for work,.... and when I feel good about work, I'm less focused on not having a baby yet. But I know I should be drinking less. Oh what to do????

I was drinking 3 or 4 cups a day until a few weeks ago. Suddenly I have gone completely off coffee and I am drinking tea instead. I am not sure that tea is all that much better so I guess I should be trying to cut down on that too

Hi Tormy I had this happen to me exactly. It had been ages since I'd had af, started provera for 14 days, day 9 I started spotting so phoned my fs, got told to take all tablets so I did with continued spotting. spotting stopped for a few days at end of tablets then 2.5 days after last tablet af started properly and I've had a normal 7 day period - cd7 now. I looked up what to do when it happened to me and as tempting as it was to stop my tablets so I could start clomid sooner I decided to follow what my specialist said. I would just wait and see what happens and if af starts phone you fs.

Hopefully you are ovulating! I did last week for the first time in a long time. I took 50mg Clomid last cycle and it was upped to 100mg this cycle as the 50mg didn't make me ovulate. I very much doubt I'll be pregnant this cycle but atleast I know I've actually ovulated and that the 100mg is working for me.

I didn't O until CD18. I was expecting it to be abit earlier as I'd read most people O 5-9days after the last Clomid tablet. I was thinking the 100mg had done nothing to help, like the 50mg but the day before my positive OPK, I had what must have been ovulation pains and then the following day after that, my temp went up
