Thanks for the advise and hope girls! I got my results back from this mornings blood test, estrogen has not moved, still 140 exactly... Having another blood test on thursday, but they close on thursday for chrissie which is my cd 16. 10 days after last clomid tab.. So i won't know if I ovulate after that, they didn't seem to think it would be likely! I have an app with my FS on the 9th Jan. If I want to do another cycle near then I will have to take provera soon, but obviously don't want to take it if I have ovulated... How will I know?? What should I do???

You girls that ovulate late on clomid, what are your cycles like off clomid? Do u ever ovulate without?
I have only ever ovulated once before in my life, on the injections. Never naturally! If I didn't take provera regularly I would be on cd 4000 or something!! Haha

    What would you do??

Which is impossible seeing as i'm only 9dpo, which brings me to the freaking out part, this cycle my dose of clomid was increased from 50-100 and it was pretty much unmonitered, (so don't know how many follies i had) does anyone know if twins would give a higher reading?

Congratulations FallenAngel on your +ve pt
hope its a sticky lil bubba

I'm in exactly the same boat!! I think I will just start taking the provera and move onto the next cycle to try 50mg. Sick of waiting and if I have to wait for AF goodness knows how long that will take and I would rather just get it over with and try again. But I have the same concern as you, what if it's just a delayed response and I start provera just as a follicle starts developing?! Urrgghh such a hard decision, enough to drive a girl mad

Fallenangel congratulations!!!! That is awesome news, so happy for you. I know HCG can be higher with multiple pregnancies so you may have twinnies in there!! Fingers crossed it's a sticky bub no matter how many there are

Hi girls!! How are we all? Sorry I've been hiding the past few days!

Congrats fallenangel on your BFP!! Maybe those tests just show that 2-3weeks as their lowest weeks programed in. Also you are in the 2nd week pretty much at 9dpo?! Just a thought. I've never used them
Ones before so not sure how they work!

I'm 4 days past +OPK and having cramps/aches the past 2 days. I don't remember having theses last month after ovulation.. It doesnt hurt but i can definitely feel them especially today. I also had some creamy/milky type cm this afternoon (sorry to go into detail) anyone experiencing/ experienced this before? I hope it's a good sign!!

Minipolly, AARG i know exactly how you feel!!! Its so annoying! I keep wondering, maybe ill just ovulate late like some of the women here, but my FS doesn't think that will happen. DP and I spoke about it this afternoon, I have one more test on Thursday, and if there is no movement then we may wait another week, and then maybe go to my GP to get some bloods to see if i have ovulated... Then if there is still nothing, im going to start the provera. Im not going to continue with the clomid. Im going to start the injections again. At least i know they have worked for me in the past, and if that doesn't work for a few cycles then ill try IUI. So will just see what Thursdays bloods will bring!!

I think you are doing the right thing. I haven't heard of many women ovulating on 25 with pcos.

It is a hard decision hey, alhtough im glad i started in december, because even if its a wasted cycle, its an experience to see what the drugs are doing!

Take care keep us posted! xoxox

mam83 - all my clomid cycles (im on my third now), my FS told me to wait until day 35, on day 35 to take pt, if negative to start taking provera.
dont know what day in the cycle you are, perhaps you might want to wait until day 35 and test.

what actually fascinates me, is the fact that every fs does their own little thing, there is no set procedure lol

Hi ladies, congrats Fallen - sounds like there could be more than one!!!

Another failed Clomid cycle for me... (I think it was my 5th or 6th...) Have made an appointment with the OBGYN for tomorrow, there is always a 4 or 5 week wait so made it early in anticipation of a BFP. My cycles haven't been monitored so I am going to see whether she will go for injections, monitoring and IUI. It's a bit hard though as I am in Darwin and our FS options are VERY limited. It is so frustrating, we are nearing the TTC#1 for 2 years. Does everyone see a FS or are OBGYN's able to do IUI etc?

Good Luck for those still to test.
