Well I'm going to test tomorrow. Realized my calculator was off and AF is due tomorrow not the 10th. Also means I likely overshot my O but that shouldn't matter as we dtd early anyway (hoping for a girl!).

I'm not feeling too optimistic though. I do have heavier CM today, is that a good sign? I've been tired and a bit sick this week but I started back at work so that could be all it is.

For the future, does anyone have any advice for conceiving with a short cycle? Mines (usually) 21 days.

    Also, congratulations Kimnus!

My AF has totally gone now so was here for 4 days which was nice. Hopefully will start using OPK's in a couple days. Will be day CD6 tomorrow but I am thinking about waiting til CD9-10 before starting

Woohoo!! Congratulations And congrats Kyahli on your BFP too

I've had more mild cramping/twinges and last night when feeding dd my nipples were tender. Boobs themselves aren't sore like I got last time, but who knows with BFing if I'd get that. Also been very tired, hungry, and had a few episodes of dry retching after breakfast. Fingers crosses it isn't all in my head!

BFN not surprised. I was optimistic I had cornered my O date after 18 months of charting, but I've been a little irregular lately and think I'm all off. I think I might give OPKs a go this month to see if I can start understanding what my body is doing a bit better. DP and I have been less than careful for the past 2 years so now that we're officially trying I had a feeling this would take some time. Can anyone on fertility treatments tell me if you have to actively try for 12 months in all situations before talking to the DR? Currently I'm seeing one for pains (severe cramps seemingly unrelated to my cycle) I get sometimes but it looks more like abdominal issues. Next step with that anyway is an ultrasound so maybe they will find something out.

Ahh feeling stressed after one go at this, not looking forward to joining those of you that have been doing this a long time, how do you do it?
