    Default Activities on plane/Airport

    Hello Everyone
Me n My DD r going to india soon.
But since it's holiday season I got a flight which has a halt at Singapore airport for 19 hrs.Although i m planning to get the hotel stay at airport but still there will be ample time and i don't know much of the activities that i can do with my DD.She'll be 2 yrs n 7 months then.
Please give me ideas as to what all i can do with her.
    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Take care

I always stick a few balloons in my purse for impromptu games at airports. Hotel rooms usually have a pad of paper stuck in a drawer somewhere, so a few crayons could keep her busy for a little while. A can of shaving cream or shaving foam is good for 'painting' in the bathtub or shower and can be bought at the airport in Singapore probably.

Puzzles and activity books are always good. Paper is easy to bring and purchase---you can make paper boats and planes. Like Martha mentioned, paper and crayons are good. You can also blow bubbles. You can buy this in any toy shop (little tube with soapy water in it).

DD did an 18 hour flight at 15 months and no prob, cos she was accompanied by her leappad. The same leappad (and a few more cartridges and books) kept her happy on a 30 hour trip(also had a stop in Singapore) at 22 months.
She is now 4, and that leappad is STILL the first thing i pack and put on her back (in a leappad backpack) before we take off.
I also put colouring book and crayons in the back. No problems with her. I think all flights have individual on-demand tvs and games too.. so it's not as painful as it use to be.

But do not forget to take something (like chupa chups) for her to suck on during take off and landing. am I stating the obvious? Sorry.. just cos i forgot on our recent short trip, but luckily our friends had extra.
