Amazing news yesterday and completely unexpected....my first round WORKED!!! it wasn't supposed to work! We were told that's its very unlikely the first round works but we got a BFP with a 160HCG level 3w6d!!! I was totally expecting to have to wait for years and for it to be really really hard like the last 5 years has been!

Im still cramping a little, but thats apparently normal.

    It still doesnt feel real.

CJWA: Wonderful news of your BFP! Congrats!! 160 is a great number!! I hope it keeps doubling! I'm still cramping - and I'm 13 weeks!

CatChick: Good luck for your blood test. I didn't get a line on my POAS until I was 6 weeks pregnant - so don't dispair if it comes up negative...there is still hope until they check properly!

April78 - Good luck with this cycle. Quality, not quantity - I hope it all ends with a perfect bub for you.

AFM: Too many dramas in my life! I had more bleeding on Satuday, no one would see me until I went to my OB on Monday. Bub is doing just fine and there is no bleeding behind the placenta. It's been a week since my CVS now, so hopefully I'm in the clear. I'll start to do a little but of walking tomorrow, but will be sure to take it easy as my tummy is still swollen at the needle site.
Dad had more surgery today. I'm not sure how he is as I wasn't feeling well enough to go and see him tonight. They said he'd not wake up today anyway, so I'll go and check on him tomorrow.

    Baby Dust to all!!

CatChick Hang in there that your get your BFP on Monday on your POAS. 3 frosties that is great news

PerthS It’s good that bubs is doing ok. Have you been able to see your dad. I hope he is ok.

    April78 yay for starting early.

CJWA Congratulations on your BFP that is fantastic news.

    Hopefully2 wow 22 weeks

    Missbloggsy nearly halfway there.

A Big Leafy and everyone else. Quick questions, can anyone tell me the best chemist to purchase pessaries from.

AFM AF has finally arrived. I had my first pill and called the clinic. The Nurse called me back and said the protocol has changed slightly and I have to take 2 pills 3 times a day and to come in for a BT and scan on Friday March 9.

April – it’s always nice to be able to start isn’t it? After all the waiting we have to do an early start is good to see.

CJWA – congratulations on the BFP. You must be thrilled!!

Perths – I’m glad the further bleeding hasn’t been anything sinister. Have you been able to see your Dad? I hope he is recovering well from his surgery.

Samarasmum – is that the progynova? I’ve been on that – 2 tabs three times a day. I get all my pessaries from Wembley Pharmacy on Cambridge Street. My clinic just faxes the scripts straight there and they keep hold of them.

Catchick for your BT on Monday.

Missbloggsy and Hopefully2 - , hope the pregnancies are going well.

AFM – BT was today and it’s a BFP!! So totally stoked and surprised as I was trying not to get my hopes up. After last time’s chemical pregnancy I had to check on the HCG to reassure myself and it was 574. So happy with that. I was excitedly telling DH expecting him to say “wow, that’s great” but all I got was an “okay”. Men!
