Samarasmum, I'm sending all my positive thoughts to you and hoping your baby grows quickly before your next scan. I understand how you must feel, I had the same news at my 7week 5 day scan too, so I know the feeling of devastation and loss (and not being prepared to give it up) that you're probably experiencing.
There's not a lot that anyone can do until your next scan, so here's lots of virtual hand holding and hoping the next two weeks pass by quickly.

Hugs to you Samarasmum. What a terrible time you are having at the moment. It just seems to be more waiting, uncertainty and bad news every time. I hope the wait to your next US is not too long and strenuous.

How is the TWW going Babysteps?

Leafy, my TWW is almost over, testing on Monday.

I did a HPT this morning, there's was a very faint line, so faint I can't tell if I'm imagining it. It's an Internet cheapie though, I should really just wait for Monday's results, although I'll probably do another one tomorrow morning.

I hope everyone else is doing well.

Samarasmum - I've been thinking of you...I hope all is okay.

babystepswa - Congratz on your BFP!!!!

I'm a bit blue at the moment - Dad had a heart attack on Sunday - my parents live down south. He was flown up to Murdoch on Sunday night, Mum crashed her car on the way up on Monday....I started bleeding last night. Three crappy days in a row! So, I took myself to KEMH and they did an ultrasound - heart beat was there. The blood stopped at about 9pm, but had been flowing (and I mean GUSH!) for 3 hours. I now have to wait until my next scan on Saturday. No cramping to speak about...so I'm hoping it's my "period" bleeding (as this would be about the time I would get my period).

    Baby dust to all

PerthS - big hugs to you and your parents. What a terrible time that your family has been having. I hope that your Dad is doing well and your mum's car accident wasn't a bad one. My Dad had a heart attack 10 years ago and is doing really well now so I know that things can get better. I hope this is the case for your Dad too. Hoefully your bleeding is just one of those scarey things that happen occasionally with no bad long term consequences.

Samarasmum - for you too. I imagine that you are still pretty stressed at the moment. Thinking of you often and hoping for good news.

AFM - Day 10 scan and blood test today. Lining is a little thin so I get to take extra estrogen pessaries (yay me!). I'm hoping that I can still do the FET on Day 20 as it will be a Saturday and I won't have to take the day off work. Knowing my luck it will be moved to the next week - the first week of school, and the first week that I am really supposed to be there.

    Hi Ladies
I am a newie in this section...it looks like my DH and I will have to go through IVF to get our much longed for second child as I have endometriosis.

I am just doing some research on IVF/fertility clinics in Perth and wondering which one/dr is best to go to!

Has anybody heard of or been treated by Dr Krish Karthigasu at fertility Specialists South (part of Fertility Specialists WA)? The other clinic I am considering is Concept but unsure which doctor to go to?

Anybody with any info would be much appreciated!

I look forward to getting to know you all better.

    Thanks

Leafy - thanks for the hugs! Good luck for your FET - I hope it falls on a Saturday for you!

Mrs Dolphin - I'm at Concept and see Lucy Williams. Her wait list is really long, but she's lovely.

AFM - still no more bleeding (YAY!!) and still waiting for Saturday's scan

    Default in the TWW eeek!

    Hi ladies,

I have been on this journey before and conceived my beautiful daughter on a FET. 3 years later and im jumping back on board to try the rest of our frozen embryo's. I had one embie put in on Tues and have my BT next Thurs its a success.

Mrs Dolphin - I had my daughter with concept and going back there again now with the same specialist Dr Mazzuchelli. He is great and id recommend him. He does tell you things straight though. But i like that and i completely trust that he is doing the right thing by me. I had endometriosis as well which scarred my tubes.

Big to those that are going through a difficult time.

cantwait08 - Good luck with your 2WW. I hope you have lots happening (positive stuff) to keep yourself distracted!!

AFM: I just started bleeding again. More "wait and see". Gosh I hate this!! After a miscarriage, it's so hard to keep positive!
