Button-I am so sorry for your loss. I think you should spend time meditating, visualizing your friend in 'heaven'. It will help you both accept that she is in a great place. She is lucky to have had such deep love on earth. Gd bless you.

Hi buttoneska. Sorry for you loss

What is it that makes you think your friend is stuck?

My friend died suddenly in a car accident a few years back and 'followed' me around for a long time (years) before I realized it was him.

I used to 'feel' a presence/someone watching me/standing behind me/someone in my personal space & it made me feel uncomfortable. I used to see him out of the corner of my eye but couldn't make out who/what it was. I asked 'it' to go away, and he did but always came back.

One day I stood firm and asked who he was. Immidately got an image of said friend (who I hadn't thought about in a long time) he asked me where he was. Which made me realise he didn't know he had passed away. I felt Terrible for dismissing his presence for so long & apologized & told him he had died. I Asked my spiritual guide to take him/show him what happened. And I never saw him again.

Have you asked her why she's still here?

In my experience, it's usually confusion from sudden passing that traps souls & all they need is a kind word & a guiding hand (from both the phyisical & divine world) do you have a spiritual guide? Or do you know if they had one? Either way it works easiest if it's someone either of you has built a strong trust with.

thanks for the reply. i think she has passed over now. im not sure that she never had, it was a confusing few days - hard to tell what where my own emotions, everyone else and hers.

    thanks for thinking of me.
