I'm still here. 21 days to go just been focusing on packing and cleaning to move house next week. As much as I want bub to come now it will be better if he comes after the move.

I'm still here too, much to my obs surprisement! I will get a delivery date next week, but hoping it will be between 2nd-9th August (due to all the complications I've had) which is the 36th week for me.
I quite often get BH but that's it for me!
Hoping all is well with everyone

I'm still here, just quiet :-). I finished work a couple of weeks ago and have been relaxing and shopping. I'm starting a spring clean/nesting tomorrow but I don't have a lot to do. I'm going to wash all the baby's things tomorrow. I have my baby shower on Saturday which I'm looking forward to. I've bought my step-daughters a present from the baby, one girl a necklace and the other earrings. Gorgeous. I'm off to have a nap now :-) because I can yay!

Anyway, going for a walk later to pick DS up from daycare, so I'll see how that goes. Maybe I should take the 2 dogs for a walk to (30 & 35 kg) lol :-)
Mum2Angus- What is your OB's plan for you? Has he/she how long you are allowed to go over before he will induce?

My OB has a struct policy on not allowing IVF patients go over...and he is warming me up for an induction, so I am curious.

I am still here too, just under 3 weeks to go now but I am feeling so fat and uncomfortable I don't mind when bubs comes! I hope I don't go over because even 3 weeks seems like forever.

I finish work on Friday so have been busy doing training with the new person and making sure everything's in order. So glad I don't have to care anymore after Friday!!

I haven't packed my hospital bag yet but have washed all the baby clothes, blankets and toys etc so just need to get it all packed and ready now. I've bought maternity pads, nursing pads and nipple cream and will buy some big knickers this weekend as all my underwear is like dental floss and not really suited to holding in a gigantic maternity pad!

Baby is all squashed up now and we're both as uncomfortable as each other I think.

Hope we get some more babies soon

I'm still here too, but don't really get much time to look in here!! Connor had his jabs on friday and was a serious grumpy pants up til last night (oh the joys of babies!!)

Don't get much time to do anything really, he generally feeds every 2 hours through the day as he tends to fall asleep on the boob and doesn't get enough to eat. I have started giving him a bottle on the last feed for the evening so he will sleep longer.

Not sure if you ladies know that if your milk supply isn't great after bubs arrives you can get some Motilium from your GP to boost your supply, it's really worked for me although I have been feeding him formula through the night as I don't always get time to express through the day for the night feeds. I don't breast feed through the night due to it taking so long for him to feed (upto 45 mins) and again he just doesn't get enough and having to feed every 2 hours is very exhausting.

Can't wait to see who's gonna be next to have a new bubs, seems like alot of you are getting really close

Wow, Womble - Connor is 6 weeks already. Gee, that time has flown.

I'm still here. Nearly 37 weeks and I think I'm prepared...well, as much as I will ever be. My BP has started to increase so my meds have been increased. My Obstetrician (who was also my FS) has been unavailable for several weeks due to illness and then surgery, so will see a hospital Ob next week. Have had 12 visits to the hospital in July alone so I feel like I'm living there already.

Good luck to everyone at this exciting time. Can't wait to hear all your news.

Womble - I used to express and let DH bottle feed for the last feed of the night too, but after a while I switched to formula too ( can't remember when, maybe 8 weeks).'i had the opposite problem with feeding - DS would only feed from one sie for about 10 minutes and then go for a few hours. I didnt think he was getting enough, but apparently he was. I wonder what the next one will be like?

Bebe - this time I am going through the birth centre, so the midwife just made an appointment to see me at 41 weeks. Although last time I went through an OB and he was happy for me to go over (DS was IVF, but used a different OB to FS). He let me go to 41 weeks and then wanted me to come in every second day to be hooked up to the CTG machine for about 20 minutes to listen to the heartbeat and measure contractions. Then at my 42 week visit I told him I was ready for the baby to be out. He asked me when and I said ASAP, so he rang the hospital and I was admitted straight away - given the gel that night and then the drip and waters broken the next morning and DS was born that night. I'm not sure why your OB doesn't like IVF patients to go over, but I think my OB liked to induce at 10 days over. Only think was, I was 10 days over on Good Friday and of course they didn't want to induce me over the Easter weekend, so it was on the Tuesday after Easter. Who knows, if it hadn't of been Easter, he may have put a bit more pressure on.

I really, really don't want to be induced again this time. From everything I have heard and read, it is more painful - although I have nothing to compare it to. If I had the energy and the weather was better I would go for a long walk, but it's cold and rainy. They say sex is good, but DH has no sperm (vasectomy) so there's no point there - it's too uncomfortable anyway. I tried everything last time anyway, and obviously nothing worked if I was induced. Maybe my womb is just too comfortable :-)

Anyway, hope everyone else is going well...

Popping head in. I'm still here 35 weeks, last day at work tomorrow (bit sad about it tbh)

Bubs is breech so we will try to turn with my ob so I can attempt a vbac this time. If it doesn't work I will book in for a c section. I'm so scared about that though as I was asleep for the last lol
