    Default Help Please

    Hi,

I'm new to the forums and i just saw this section. I have been having test's for over a month now because of my irregular periods and the doctors, think that i may have this.

I saw a gyno, but he wants me to have another ultrasound in a month, though that's going to cost me money that i don't have so thinking of putting it off till after xmas.

The doctors and gyno, haven't told me much and what they have said, doesn't really make any sense, I am scared of this. We have been trying for 18 months now and 5 months ago i had to have a D&C cause i had a missed miscarriage at 14 weeks.

Could anyone else who has this or had this, please tell me anything or everything you know about this?, it would mean so much?

I was told i may need surgery, do you know if that is covered by medicare or not? and if not how much it may be?

Thank you so much in advance.

    Hey there AliciaO
Have you had any blood tests done? Maybe if you have to see your dr again soon you could get your hormone levels tested.
I'm sorry i can't offer more advice I have been experiencing pain and no AF for 7 months (10 months post-partum) Ultrasounds came back showing nothing, but the bloods revealed that hormones are well and truly out of whack.
I hope somebody else can offer some better support and advice.
    Best of luck

No advice but I am subscribing out of interest. I've been unwell for a few months now and 5 weeks ago a 5cm complex ovarian cyst was found on my left ovary (having 2nd ultrasound to see if it's grown or hopefully gone in 10 days).

I have some symptoms of both Endo & PCOS so I'll be interested in reading stories from those who have it too.
Sometimes I'd buy Vogue instead of dinner. I just felt it fed me more.
