I'm being good. Had garlic and ginger beef stirfry last night (from the simply mains cookbook) and have left over beef stroganoff from the same book for lunch today.

Dinner tonight, potato, and ham off the bone

Does anyone else track with the iPhone app? I find it really handy and I think I would be a little bit lost without it.

Dinner for me tonight is a beef and lentil loaf and veggies. 8 points all up.

I don't, but should look into it. I tend to write down my three main meals in the morning, so I guess I stick to that and don't need to take anything with me
