    Good Luck Moomechanic.

    Interesting theory SammyP.

Well my weigh in was this morning, but I don't have a car for the day. Was so tempting to just not go at all, BUT I did the right thing. I got on my bike, strapped DS in the baby seat and rode my bike. I just checked google maps and it's apparently only 3.5km, but OMG it feels like further! I have no excuse now.

In fact I should do it more often cause it's the same distance to the wading pool and parks. Would be good for both my son and I.

I'm even thinking I should make it part of my WW day routine... I must ride there and back!

    sounds valid lol

Izy 3.5k each way? Or return trip? Its not an insignificant distance esp if you're not used to it. good on you . Hope you're not too sore tomorrow

AFM I'm being very slack about tracking but as of this morning I was 1.5kg down on NYDay so must be doing something right. FX it continues! I'm slack at tracking cos i'm basically concentrating on getting off chocolate, eating nuts instead, and at 5pts a handful its not long adding up . Next week... lol

DH assures me that once you ride enough your bum gets leathery lol. So just keep pedalling

I used to ride a lot but developed back problems and haven't ridden since. I love the feeling. I would love to have a bike again.

Oh yay a ww thread! May I join you ladies also?

I've been an unlimited member for a while but really slacked off over Christmas and have put a heap back on. I went back to a meeting on Tuesday for a fresh start and a good kick up the bum!

    How is everyone else going?
