Oh that sounds like torture! Can you freeze them?

No i try not to eat my extra points, i did ww aug-oct this year and found if i ate them i didn't lose much. But i don't exercise, do you? Yeah i crave sweet stuff too but take something naturopathic for it, i believe blackmores do something too. It is a saviour for me!

Lol yes I will be freezing them, I really baked them for DF lunches.

Oh true maybe I should look into that I find that if I have a piece if chocolate after lunch and tea it normally works cos a piece is normally one point but I can't really talk cis I never stick to it for long.

    Day 1 today!!

Izy that's great a loss is still a loss, sorry I just gate crashed your thread

WW are reducing the points (refining pro-points), so you'll find it's a little lower now.

It really is important to eat all your points though. Don't fill them with bad choices, but it makes you more aware of your day as a whole.

By eating under your points and not eating lots of healthy filling foods you're basically preparing for binge days.

As the saying goes, failure to plan is planning to fail.

Yep that's very true. I've actually found that cooking a meal like a stir fry for lunch is more fulling and just as many or less points than a bread roll or similar.

The first day is always the slowest...

Yeah I noticed that when i reset my weight history, i put in the exact same details and it came back with 3 less points than before! I must say i did feel very full on the previous 29, i feel better on 26.

Though i slipped today, went 6 points over. Bugger!

How did everyone else go, what do you mean by a slow day Sammy, did the day just drag?!

Haha it wasn't too bad did drag a bit managed to stay within my points by procrastinating cleaning. Gave up when he hose to the washing machine popped out and went everywhere! All over and under my packed boxes, we are in the processes of moving aaarrrggg. Nearly went for the chocolate.

    How was everyone else's day?
