Thanks single mum chasing toddler helped me actually reach and obliverate goal... but recently it's all started creeping back on. And having started tracking again I can see why! I eat so much cr@p!

Anyway, I go to meetings in Wynnum, but have only been to one so far. Before I was in northern NSW. If you can make it to meetings the % of success is MUCH higher than those who do it at home/online only

izy well done on the lifetimer thing , i almost got there before but dropped out of meetings not long into maintenance. 2 kids later and I'm back where I was before I ever started.

i cant afford meetings, plain and simple.I'm sure the meetings would be helpful but I felt really jaded with them last time i went back...

Tiggy - I'm doing it online as well. This is the third time I've done WW. First time I did meetings and lost 11kgs but I never really kept tracking etc after Christmas and I put some of the weight back on. I also only used the meetings as a weigh in tool only.

Last time I used online only and I found it worked better for me and I got better results and reached my goal weight. But I did have 2 friends IRL who were doing it as well. I think if you have someone you are accountable to and if you keep tracking you can do it. Plus so much cheaper!

Izy - congrats on the lifetime member status. That's awesome.

Quick question for those doing it online- how does it work??

I did ww a few years ago and loved the weigh ins but the meetings were boring after a few months.

good idea except that i had already done the carbs lol
at least I'm not the only one spending my points

so whats the plan tomorrow then? I'm gonna have eggs for brekkie cos they fill you up. My naturopath drums it into me how the protein kills the cravings. yes it does if I actually eat them!

I ate all of my activity points and most of my weekly points yesterday too oops. I was just so hungry! Was mostly carbs too.

But back on track tomorrow. I'll probably have toast for breakky like I always do though eggs are tempting... I also have some weight watchers bacon cause Woolies had a 2 for something special last week. I'm making greek chicken Casserole for dinner which is a ww recipe.
