Bugger moomechanic. Do you know where you went wrong?

Way to go on the loss fearless leader! That's huge!

I'm a bit nervous about tomorrows weigh in. Had a drink sat night, drink sunday, full fat toasted samdwich and kfc snack box. Seriously wish there was drive through sushi! Dan convenience won out.

Thats the issue isn't it. Eating past full is still eating past full, even if its healthy food

Yup, though I figure at least it's a healthy gain lol and not junk food in the dreaded tww at the moment so guessing this week won't be much better

That's awesome moomechanic! Especially when you thought this week was a write off! I don't like ny chances of a loss tomorrow. Out for chicken and beers with the boys from work Friday, a 30th bbq last night, and DS's due in group joint 2nd b'day party today. So a lovely weekend but i haven't stopped eating!

Hi guys, I've been MIA a bit, this weightloss caper is a bit hit and miss for me atm. Its a case of two steps forward, one back...

Anyway I'm moving forward again, i actually had a 45 min walk this morning, my first exercise in a loooonnng time and i've been eating pretty well, I'm not so much tracking but trying to introduce healthy foods and cut out the cr@p. The weight is not coming off yet but its stopped going on so yayy, that's something. Its been 6 weeks since my last chocolate binge

Moomechanic well done on your loss, and Fearless that sounds like a busy food-filled weekend! Hope you had lots of fun anyway.
