    Well done Izy!!

Fearless- give the McWilliams balance a go. 3 points a glass! It has the weight watchers pro points stamp on it. Not a bad drop at all.

    thanks for the welcome guys

I'm a tiny bit confused about the new point system. I'm only on 26 points this time and i swear last time i was this weight when i did ww 2 years ago i was on 28 is that why they have the weekly points? What does everyone else do with the weekly points, try not to use them, or only use some, or all? And then i have my activity points banking up, too, i already have 20 for the week and there's no chance i'll use any of them! I feel like it was easier when i had a couple of extra points a day, but that was it- if i wanted to splurdge i had to generate some activity points.

It'd be great to know what everyone else does

I was confused about the points too,i think they rejigged the system in jan so everyone is on less points. I was on 29 and automatically went to 26 when i reset my weight history on jan 1st...

I sometimes use the weekly points, othertimes not. Depends on how good i feel (emotional eater here!) I don't do any exercist atm so don't bank anything there. That has to change

I usually use all of my 49 pro points. Some weeks I have a couple left but it's usually when wine o clock hits that I start going into the 49.

They did change it but u also are able to change it by up to 3 points. So for a week u can decide to use 27,28 or 29 (but use the same number for whole week) and everyone can do this no matter what points you are on.
