Does anyone have any tips for me? My scales arnt moving at all, I'm trying to weigh myself only like every 3rd day cos it doesn't move and it's depressing. I might as well eat what ever I want as I don't put on weight easily just can't seem to lose any?
Lol rant over, just extremely tired and I've been so good haven't eaten over my daily points much and if I do I defiantly don't go over my bonus points

Only weigh once a week, not more often and make it the same day and time.
Try the kickstart program or at bare minimum BRUTAL honest tracking.

Have you seen the stuff for having a healthy and filling day? This is what I follow 7 days a week as it means I don't have to count points
I weigh myself far too often as well, as of this morning I'm down 2kg since new years, but yesterday morning i was only down 1kg
TBH I'm not tracking at all, i think i might discontinue the WW online and change to CalorieKing cos there's no point in me paying for WW, lol can i still continue in this thread pretty please??!!

I had a terrible day yesterday, i was soooo tired and went for the sugar fix to get me through. cross with myself but part of my problem is being too rigid, all or nothing... so i have to allow myself to slip sometimes and just accept it as a slip, not a failure...
does that make sense? *I* know what i mean lol
