    That's awesome!

I'm so unbelievably hungry, I ate 7 points over! I'm due for af and always get starving before it. I'm like a bottomless pitt! Does anyone else have this problem?

Atleast I'm munching on crackers and dark chocolate guess it could be worse food

Put on 100gs guttered. I blame AF who just arrived and the can of creamed rice I ate.. It was 99c at aldi it's like 4 dollars in nz!

Hope next week is better and my bloating goes away. Hope everyone else had a better week!

Just started a new ivf cycle and it messes with my head, at a time I need to be my healthiest all I want is to eat crap

Sammy i agree, 100g is nothing and I know for me with AF it can take a 2+ days for the bloating to go away. I have never ever had a loss in AF week, in all the diets I have ever done

Moo I've been picking all week too and this morning I baked some brownies to take to a morning tea, and as i cut it up i had a little taste and then bam... 6 pieces gone Piggy much? Oh well it was my only real splurge...

Its really hard to diet when the pressure is on, I am sure the IVF is weighing on your mind and if it was me, i would be comfort eating for sure. Don't be too hard on yourself
