Well I did another Hpt bpn so have stopped taking all meds today, I still need to do final BT monday don't see the point, but thats the rule. So going to jump back on ivf ASAP because I am close to having no eggs left! A bit ****ed that i had a good grade egg this time too.
Micca I did a big purchase from wiggle me.com bike shoes, bike bits, clothing etc to get on the road bike, >$400 DH will kill me, but hey.

Anxious I'm sorry about your neg but really your not out of the race yet unless af has arrived but my fs would keep me on the meds as I only got a positive the day before my bt. I'm sorry if af has arrived as they say it's not over till the fat lady sings

Im making chocolate brownies this morning...nigella lawson recipe so sure to be bad for me....lol.... and Im making some icecream tonight...love my icecream maker..lol...
ooh might have a look at the bike site as I want to be able to ride to work with DD and want a kiddie bike seat....
Im also going to spend up with my vitamins again in the usa...will order some dhea, melatonin and inositol...which I am sure helps....

Hi micca I'm glad yr treating yourself to all the good things if possible could you let me know what site you get you vitamins and stuff from in the USA? I just got 90 dhea and they cost me $67 is that expensive?? Also when u have time could you let me know what you did for the last cycle drug wise and vitamins. Thanks heaps in advance I just wanna make sure I'm taking everything I should be enjoy yourself and hers hoping September is the month. Xx

DHEA... 50-75mg day.. (studies show 75mg works)

no caffiene... really bad effect on egg quality (no tea,green tea, coffee)
no alchohol
avoid foods high in preservatives and colourings

I think that is it... Ill be back on the band wagon after AF.. going to order vitamins this week from usa... oh and they take about 3 weeks to arrive
