    Default feeling very alone

Everything is falling apart. I am about to be a single mum. I have a 3 and a half month old and a 28 month old and I'm terrified. We moved to a new state and I have no friends or family here, no car, and I'm about to have no partner.

I have never suffered depression before but right now I feel physically sick. I don't want the evening to end because I know it will be morning and I will have to try to pretend everything is OK...

Soon Evie will have a playmate, hooray!

Aww, hun. You won't always feel like this. It's a long road ahead but eventually the bad days will be fewer and there will be more good days. Then you'll realise that you made it out the other end when life threw some pretty big challenges your way.

I don't know your history but I am a single mummy to a 3 1/2 year old and a 9 month old. If you want to PM me feel free. I know only to well the gut wrenching emotions you would be feeling right now. Take care of yourself

Poor thing. Try and find a playgroup or mothers group in your area so you can make contact with some other mums. I must feel very daunting doing this on your own. Do you have family or support near? Can you move closer to support?

Take all tbe support you can get and hang in there. Things will get better and make sure you talk to someone about how you are feeling. Depression can be circumstantial as well as biological.

What area are you in? There may be a BH Ambassador in your area that is organising play dates with other mums

Is there any chance you can get home to family? Would they be helpful and comforting?

I have not being through this so I cannot understand but BIG

    Huge

I daresay the last thing you feel like doing is meeting new people, but find a playgroup or find other mums from Bubhub as suggested and then at least you'll have some other people to talk to face to face about life. Otherwise can you move closer to family/friends?

    All the best
