Ok, so we're going to Dtd tonight, as I'm on cd9. So what do you guys do about exercise? I love working out as it manages my stress and figure but i worry about dislodging stuff while ttc? What do you guys think?

Thanks everyone, I know its super early but I have heaps of symptoms so thats good right?

luckyme1 - They say that you should just continue as normal but I would take it easy just in case? If you work out all the time though I cant imagine you could do anything to dislodge anything but maybe don't do anything too straining. sorry not much help

Congrats Caitysmum!! That is great news

Luckyme1 - I would be cautious but not worry about it too much as long as you are not doing anything out of the ordinary or particularly 'heavy duty'

Exercise is fine if it is something you have regularly done prior to TTC anyway
