Zinc is meant to increase the mobility and motility of sperm (so they swim harder and live longer). Google it, there lots of stuff on it.

Tamtam, can you normally tell when you are ovulating? I've found that the tests are just confirming that I ovulate when my body gives the signals. I've gotten so in tune with my body! I don't think I'll buy them again!

I want AF to leave already so I can get into it!!! Gah!

I think I'll get DH to see if his vitamins that he takes has zinc in it anyway!

As for ovulating - yep, I think I can tell. When I suspect it I usually check on my fertile week thing in my iphone app... but I often get cramps too when I am. Didn't know it was before I started noticing all this 'fertility' stuff! Also with CM as well.

Cheeky - I also want AF to leave so I can get this thing going!!!

Hey I'll join desperate and waiting for a baby club.

Tamtam I'm the same with pills, I take my handful of disgusitng smelling and tasting ones before I go to sleep so I can lay down. I tried the empty stomach timing and it made me chuck. Dh has his tabs next to the coffee so he rememebrs. But even then he needs reminding. My bedside table looks lik a chemist LOL>

I love one born every minute, takes me right back. I'm so going an epi next time too. Never had one but I bet they are good LOL.

Cheeky, terrible morning sickness is a sign to me that all is well with my pregnancy. I can't wait either

2 moe sleeps till I see my OB, am getting nervous. Wish I was going because I was UTD. I keep practising my speech over in my head.

I love iPhone apps!!!! I have almost two years of data now! I also get pain as well as CM. I always noticed CM before TTC but didn't know what it meant till not long back!

    I'm excited for Feb!

Electric, I always go through what I am going to say when I have meetings and appointments. :S almost like talking to myself!!! Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't!! Not long to go now, I really hope you get the answers you need.

They need 60mg a day of zinc not sure what menavit has it in.

I never use OPK's. My body is very vocal about when I'm fertile

I'm on 5DPO and my boobs aren't sore I know that probably sounds confusing why I'd be happy about that lol but since the m/c they have been hella sore from 2DPO right until AF but before I never had that until about 2 days before the Witch. So it appears my cycle has returned 100% to normal... took 3 months though

Delirium- My body is very vocal about O too. My libido skyrockets...lol. You are getting so close to testing now....how exciting. Good luck with getting your BFP this month.

Cheeky- I have got very in tune with my body also since TTC....sometimes I think too much...lol. Menevit does have Zinc in it and my DH is on it too. I've heard great things about Menevit. Hope it brings us our rainbow babies.

Electric- Yeah the vitamins are best taken on a full stomach. I take mine right after dinner otherwise I feel so sick. Love that your hubby washed his Menevit down with a beer.....what a classic....lol. Only one more sleep until your OB appointment.....hope it goes well. You must be approaching O now so hope you catch that egg soon.

Tamtam- Swimming carnivals and AF don't mix well but sounds like you made the most of it. Hope AF's visit is short and sweet for you and she will not be returning for over 9 months.

    Hi to everyone else.

AFM- Cd 1 today :-( Looking forward to O'ing Valentines day :-)
