Morning girls, just popping in to say congrats to berniegirl!

Also huge, massive hugs to tigger and Lama, Tigger enjoy your holiday, and let hope you come back refreshed and ready for your bfp.
Lama my fingers and toes are crossed that you get the best Xmas gift ever of a bfp on Xmas eve!

Hi to everyone else, I've been a bit quiet just not wanting to rock the boat so to say, I think I'm about 6 weeks tomorrow, feeling so apprehensive need to book a scan but like someone else said previously, scans have not been good to me so am almost putting it off. Is it better to wait till I'm 7 weeks? I don't know, maybe book it for this week and get it over and done with.

    How's everyone else doing?

Hey Reno mum, I am 6 weeks wednesday and have my scan booked for Thursday. My doctor asked me to have an early one, hope we will be able to see a heartbeat. I'm absolutely terrified and have really struggled the past few days. I think any time between 6-8 weeks is ok for doing measurements. Good luck to you, this early time is so stressful xx

Hi ladies, hope it's ok for me to join?

We're TTC#1 still. We are seeing a fertility specialist and doing FSH/Gonal f injections + Pregnyl trigger cycles. We've had only one ever BFP which we lost at 8weeks in October our first cycle after our loss has failed, this was particularly hard to get a BFN after our m/c.

I'm now about CD7 of our next cycle and go back to FS tomorrow morning. I'm really hoping we can still get another cycle in before christmas.

    :babydust: to all

I can understand why you're remaining low key for a while to see how things go angel and renomum. I imagine you are worried about getting your hopes up for them to be dashed again, sending you good vibes for sticky babies

Welcome Miggins I have only been with the group less than a month and have already found it to be a great source of support with women than understand. Good luck with your FSH tomorrow

You hit the nail on the head delirium, pg after a m/c is so scary, you are watching every niggle, pain and symptom. I hate that I'm not enjoying these early weeks, but as others have said, our experiences have taken the joy out of it.

Welcome miggins best of luck with your fs appt, I hope you can get a cycle in before Christmas. I'm sorry for your loss

Thanks ladies. We've been seriously TTC for 18months and seeing FS for 6months now. It was my first visit to the FS that diagnosed (finally) my PCOS and that I just don't ovulate on my own, tried Clomid, which did nothing, moved on to FSH, which has made me 'O', but only the one bfp so far.

You all seem like lovely supportive ladies I really hope you all get your sticky ones soon, those that have, I wish you a happy healthy pregnancy

Sorry about AF Lama, would be so wonderful if you did manage a Xmas eve BFP for you!

Hi Miggins, sorry for your loss after waiting so long, I also hope you get one more try in before Christmas.

Hi everyone else, it's quietened down slightly on here - a bit easier to keep up with! Lots of us waiting... waiting.... as always.

AFM: Symptoms growing by the day. Still working hard to ignore the 2 melons that have appeared on my chest as they've been up and down a lot post-loss. Wind, cramps, discomfort, a feeling like everything is pounding on my uterus when I walk, super-smell and today cravings for salty things - feeling very much like a BFP will be on its way... BUT... have caught a cold, and it is very normal for me to catch something the week before AF - seems to be when my immune system is weakened. So don't pop the bubbly just yet - til Sunday I will wait.

The feelings/discomfort I have is so definite (eg. not in my head) it's a bit troubling, I started a thread to see if other women found pregnancy post D&C to be like this, because if I'm not preg I really should be seeing a doctor to check what is causing it all!

    Hi Everyone ,

I hope everyone is going ok - what ever stage of the baby journey you are at.

Renovator Mum - I can understand being apprehensive about getting scans - they have never been a positive experience for me either. I don't know if it helps (and it might be different for me as I have always known something wrong before the miscarriage - so I don't have any other experience to compare it) but I try (and I do use the word try) not to focus on on the scan but rather what will be will be - at the early stage knowing or not does not change the outcome. But I know it is easier said than done.
for a strong & sticky bubba that gives you no concerns.

LanaBana - so sorry AF arrived .

Miggins - Sorry you have found yourself but at least you sound like you are finally on the right path. . Wow 18 months - I take my hat off to you. I have been seriously trying for about 5 months and it does my head in. I think I am too impatient.

Stretched - interesting that you are getting the sore boobs etc too after your miscarriage. As I thought it was all in my head. I am starting to get "the itch" to POAS although Sunday is the earliest it will probably pick it up as AF not due to Wed next week. I am not very good at waiting - How are you going?

AFM in the TWW waiting, waiting, waiting ......

Cheeky, glad I'm not the only impatient one. AF is due Sun or Mon, so tomorrow is CD9 or 10 (depends how soon after +OPK I Od). I'm soooooo tempted to test tomorrow as it's my day off from work and if I'm 10dpo that one lonely FRER I have in the cupboard may pick it up! Give me strength!!

PS. did I mention the bleeding gums when I brush my teeth... all these symptoms are making it even harder to refrain from testing early!

Hope everyone else is going well testing, DTD or waiting.
