    I'm 34 yesterday. I was 95kilos at the start. Was about 86-87 at 12 weeks. I'm now only just 90-91

    well done ladies!
    Im 29w 4d, and gained 2.7kg (nothing in the last fortnight) of my 5kg allowance, so 200g a week until I pop will be safe.
