    How is everyone going??
    How was your xmas?

    Weighed myself this morning at home and my scales are always about a kilo or two out compared to Dr's down another kilo according to them! i can notice it now, size 16 shorts i brought a couple of years ago fall off me now!! and my size 14 maternity pants fit perfectly

    im doing well so far, down 2kg in 2 weeks, but still 16kg over safe.

    2.5kg gain at 19 weeks, including Christmas damage. I'm not super happy but I'm trying to improve. It's so hard when I still have so many food aversions I'm struggling with.

    You should be over the moon. You have done so well. Be proud of yourself. It is so much hard when there so little you can eat. I wish i was doing so well.

    Starting weight was 104 I got down to 98 an have gained back 2kgs so far would really like to level at this weight but will probably gain at least 4 more by the end.

    22.5 weeks = 100kgs

    Morning everyone could I plz join?
    I'm 7 weeks with second bub don't want to put on as much as first If any.
    First bub I put in 15kg but lost 20kg after so max 10kg this time.
    I love fitness but being so tired / sick / work pt and have a 2yr DD it's hard. Any tips?

    Not too bad - just over 2kg and almost 17weeks. Ate lots of sweets over Xmas but also had heaps of salads & water and still exercise when I can ;-)

    Christmas is difficult with all the chocolates as gift from parents etc.
    But continue to loose. Am approaching 12 weeks and have lost close to 10 since last period. I'm not eating a huge amount I think bub is already squashing my stomach so I get full fast lol and feel sick if I manage to over eat or even get full.

    How do u lady's only put on very little? I was at my goal weight before I got pregs. Would love to only put on a few kg
