Random Vomits?

DD is 7 and a half months old and today she has been having little spews. Tonight though she has done 3 big vomits! She was heaving and gagging aswell. Her temperature is fine and she is happy in herself, she is now asleep. This happened about a month ago and I was really worried so I rushed her to the ER but they said it can just happen sometimes. Anyone else experienced this? Should I be seriously concerned?

My dd has random vomits.

Although she did have reflux as a baby (medicated from 10weeks till she was about 1yr old)

Even tonight she vommitted. Ive found hot weather, guzzling water and anything viral makes her vomit (shes 16 months)

There's a gastro bug going around at the moment, vomiting and/or diarrhea but no temp, my DS is just getting over it. If it happens for more than a couple of days see a doc

I could have written that word for word except replace 7 months to 6 Month old DD!!!

She has never been a spewwer but all of a sudden she's a spew machine! She's a silent spewwer too so when she's playing on the floor i generally find her playing in it (ewwww).

Im hoping it may be from teething? She hasn't cut her first tooth yet but i can see the lump so i don't think its too far away.
