Well done bugsy, they do say the key to weight loss is 70% diet 30% exercise and it seems or doing something right!

BRV - I do thagt on Tuesday's cycle in the morning and attack in the arvo, hope you enjoy today's workout, it seems like your working really hard so perhaps your just gaining muscle at the moment.

I am now 88.7, which means I am down 1.8kg's this week I am extremely happy with that, it's just what I need to keep my motivation high. I did combat/pump this morning, i tested my strength a fair bit in pump and went up in weights in almost all tracks, but i'm really feeling it in my arms now, it's like a whole other workout when DS2 want's to be picked up, just trying to lift him into the car after the class was a mission

How is everyone doing? I did cycle yesterday morning then went back in the arvo for some cardio/weights. We did have pizza last night but I was reasonably good, I had 3 slices, but they weren't the super fatty kind, and go back a month I woulc have eaten a whole box to myself. Off to gym again shortly, not sure what I am going to do yet, probably just more cardio/weights, not really in the mood for a class today and the only ones on are step or circuit, both my least favourite classes, plus I am super sore from yesterday!

    Hope everyone i doing well

BRV - ohh I love budgeting, just hate when the money won't go to all the right places! Must be the day for it, I'm trying to set up an account to start saving for the 2013 school year as we have made the decision to pull the kids out of the public school and go private. Hopefully your budget comes together!

MI - Good work on the weight loss!

Everyone else I would go further back but I can't see/remember the posts

My eating has been bad this week. Too many unnecessary snacks.

Danni - 300gm isn't too bad. Good luck with your budget. Ours went ok, but we need to be more frugal.

Focus on having a better week next week BRV. Just imagine how great you are going to feel once you get under that 90kilo mark, i know you can do it!

I have still been hard at it, did an attack class this morning, also weighed myself and I am down to 86.9!! I was pleasently surprised by that, I may still make it under 80kilos by Christmas afterall

Thanks motherinstinct. I have been better today with my eating and had an hour pt session.

I don't know if I will make it to gym tomorrow to do half hour cardio and pump as my son vomited everywhere tonight, twice. I think he has another respiratory infection and hoping my doc has an available appointment tomorrow. I don't think I should put him in the crèche.

I hope it's nothing but an upset belly BRV, poor little fella. Probably best to keep him home, could you take him for a walk instead, the fresh air would do him good.
