MM- The thought of eating any junk right now is pretty repulsive, so hopefully this will really motivate me tomorrow...I'm also hoping that shaming myself and making it pubic help motivate as well...can't deny it now it's out there...

Can I join too? I've lost 12kg but still have 10kg to go..hoping to lose most of that by Xmas. I've been banned from exercise until I'm better (mass on ovary) but once I can exercise I'll be back to 1-2 hours on the bike every day. Until then I'll just keep being careful with what I eat.

Good luck to everyone and looking forward to seeing everyone's results

Pinkzy, that's good you're over haf way. Do you still only weigh yourself occasionally?

Brv, you can do it! Think of the wedding. Are you still doing classes?

Mothersinstict, kids birthdays are hard. I ate so much batter and frosting when I made my son's cake.

I burnt 1000 cals again today, but ate a bit of junk. Did step, pilates and jumped on a trampoline. I so want one now.

Have to work tomorrow but hoping to run before work and do step after.

My goal weight is 60kg, I think I may be dreaming though! So realistically I'm aiming for slow weight loss of 0.5-1kg per week so that I don't compromise my supply.
This is me except I currently weight 80.3kg. When I got pregnant I weighed 65kg, so I have at least 15kg to lose but would like it to be 20. I've lost 1.5kg over the last fortnight and hoping I can continue to take it off.

I'm on the couch to 5k exercise plan and am using calorie king for my food/exercise diary. Both are great so far

MsMummy - I haven't done many classes lately.

The gym crèche is now open from 8:15 on a Saturday morning and I did do the spin class at that time and then had a session afterwards, which is what I will try and maintain for the next 6 weeks. I haven't done combat on a Saturday for a while as the instructor left and the new one isn't as good, which is a shame as I really enjoyed it, but I guess spin burns more calories, so will do that. I have been doing pump on Fridays. I really should be doing more classes, but they have just released a new timetable and some of the times are not compatible for me.

I try and think about the wedding to motivate me, but sometimes it doesn't work.

I had a session today. It was good. I decided after my post this morning that I would try on the wedding dress my friend has lent me for my wedding. I thought it would motivate me to get back on track. It's a size 14 and I couldn't believe when I tried it on that it fit The best thing snout it too is that even if I lose more weight, it will still fit as it ties up at the back.

The other positive is that I have lost 900gm since Monday. I have looked at the new gym timetable and made a list of the classes I want to do that are compatible with my work and the gym crèche.

I've been weighing myself every 2nd week for a while now...I find it's better than only weighing sometimes and also better than weighing every week as it keeps me more motivated.

Not being able to exercise is quite a mental hurdle though. Even though I eat well, drink a lot of water etc, it's the knowledge that I'm burning a lot less calories that gets me down as I know the numbers will never be as good as they could of been if I was exercising. Just have to keep remembering though that this isn't a race and that if I keep losing weight now (even if only a little), it'll be even less weight I have to lose when I can start cycling again

I've been really good. I am so surprised by the ultra slim shakes...I had one for breakfast and it was not only tasty, but kept me really full.

Nudge, I did a bit of c25k, and jog sometimes. This sounds really cringey, but I feel strong when I jog/run.

Brv, that's great re 900g. What classes you planning on doing? You know I could talk classes all day?

Rabbity, are the ultraslim shakes from the supermkt or somewhere else?

Pinkzy, the majority of weight loss is through food for most ppl, but I understand your no exercise pain. I feel a bit defeated if I can't exercise.

I have had a terrible day Food wise but burnt 600 cals at step tonight. Intend to do pump tomorrow morning.

I had my worst fear realised yesterday. Was running late and had to stand at front of step class. Oh well, I am doing better at step but struggle to coordinate arms and legs.

MsMummy, I plan on doing pump on Wednesdays and Fridays, 45 minute spin on Saturdays, body attack on Monday, and I will endeavour to do step on Tuesdays, but I work and it could be a struggle to make the class on time at 4:45. I always stand up the back for classes too. The combat instructor from the Saturday class used to have admirers up the front every week.

I am doing lite n easy at the moment, but sometimes lack willpower to not eat anything else. The food is good, and I'm on the 1200 calorie plan, so I should be losing loads of weight

Rabbity - well done, keep going!

Pinkzy - no exercise must be difficult. I also find a feel a bit down after no exercise. Last week, I didn't exercise for 5 days due to sickness and felt horrible.
