ourbradybunch - where abouts are you? or would you consider posting them if i covered postage.

Rabbity, I find celebrity slim are the only ones i find tasty and that keep me full. For 10 days worth (so 20 shakes) it costs me $50, but they often have specials, my last box only cost me $42. They have a variety of flavours aswell, (choc, mint-choc, orange-choc, vanilla, banana, strawberry, berry, cookies&cream, cafe latte and caramel are the flavours I got in my box) I think the variety is what keeps me going.

It's my little boys 2nd birthday tomorrow so I have a busy day ahead of me, baking a cake, last min pressie shoping and then wrapping, luckily it is daycare day! Off to a cycle class shortly, I am pretty sure I did 21.7kilometres in 45min last week, so my aim is to beat that!

I like ultra slim the best as well, although after a while the vanilla flavour started to smell like formula to me! The Choc or coffee flavours are lovely though.

I think from memory, Ultra slim and Tony Ferguson are the lowest carb shakes...Ultra slim is just easier to 'join' and slightly less expensive, especially if you buy it from the chemist warehouse on sale.

I am joining in...I will weigh myself today and report back. I started yesterday, with an hour walk at lunch and an hour walk/run on the beach after work. I ate really well (cereal, salad and turkey for lunch, salad and prawns for dinner) and am keen to shake approximately 10 kilos. I am currently at my absolute heaviest and need to do some movin'n'shakin to get back on track!

Fichicken, how did you lose the 40k? That's amazing.

After my talk about a protein shake for dinner, I ended up going ott with carbs. However due to exercise was still under net calories.

I just weighed myself again and was 86.2, which is closer to my normal weight. I must have been super bloated yesterday as I got 87.4.

I'm trying to decide about exercise for today. My son was up for 2 hours last night so he's still sleeping so we won't make it to a 9.15 class. The creche is open this afternoon so I might do pump again, even though I did it yesterday.

I use duromine for 3 months and then have a month break and then do it again.I also swim train 5 k a day, and walk everywhere, cut out carbs, no takeaway, no softdrink.I'm determined to be a healthy weight for my next bub.

I don't want my children learning that being overweight is okay because its not. Its very bad for you

    Can I join?

I got up to 77.7kg at my heaviest and have started going to gym twice a week plus some extra cardio stuff at home, running etc

I have cut down alcohol intake significantly, trying to eat higher protein, lower carb but not following any specific diet and eat 3 meals with 2 snacks between

I weighed in this morn at 68.2kg, my goal weight is 60kg, pre kids I was 55kg but don't think I will get back there so happy to settle at a healthy 60!

    Good luck to everyone

    Can I join too?

I had DD2 6 weeks ago, and would like to get back into shape. I can't do low carb, or shakes as I am breastfeeding, and so should probably aim for no more than 0.5 - 1 kg loss a week.

Currently 62.6 (doesn't sound too high but I am short)

Would be happy to get to pre- preg weight of 58 kg by Xmas, and eventually get down to 54kg.

    Good luck everyone.

Hi everyone!! I did so well last night! We were out for dinner and I said NO to dessert and only ate a small amount but loads of salad! I was so full!! Bugsy- I'm breastfeeding too (DD is 1) and I still get so hungry all the time! I'm just making sure I fill up on all the good stuff instead of what I usually would do (fill up on carbs) ... Can't wait till next weigh in! Be good everyone!

    Ok ladies I'm in!

Bub is 5 and a half months old and I have gone from 88kg on my last day of pregnancy (gained 9kg total so 9.5kg under pre-preg weight) to 69.5kg today, I want to get to 60kg but would settle for 65kg for this summer

I am stuck in a rut now though and don't seem to be able to shake it. I think if I have some accountability and some other people to keeo me going I will be able to break under 69kg (lowest I can get is 69.2kg lol)

So I just ate a 100g bar of choccy, bad bad Danni. Now were off!

will add to this as I go, first weigh in

    week 1 - 24.10.2011 - 69.5kg
    week 2 - 31.10.2011 -
    week 3 - 7.11.2011 -
    week 4 - 14.11.2011 -
    week 5 - 21.11.2011 -
    week 6 - 28.11.2011 -
    week 7 - 5.12.2011 -
    week 8 - 12.12.2011 -

Bugsy, It's hard when you're breast feeding isn't it? It's such a fine line between eating enough to lose weight but still enough to keep supply up.

I really need to get back into the gym. I'm nervous about leaving my 3 month old at the crèche though. I haven't left him with anyone but my DH or mum yet. I think I just need to do it!
