i am about 500 grams from being in the 80's. i KNOW i can do it this week.
i baked up some season chicken breast last night and steamed a heap of vegies. i set my alarm every 2.5 hours today and have had a small portion. to up my calories up my protein and get my metabolism working again!! both my cousin and pt think this is a good move. so im pretty confident its gonna result in a loss this week.
didnt do a work out today (was meant to be first week of monday night aqua aerobics) but i got some tattoos today and they hurt alot so not gonna do anything today. tuesday wednesday gonna hit the gym, thursday zumba and saturday gym again!
cross your fingers for me ladies! this hasto be my week!!!
