Diamondeyes, those 24/7 gyms are great. There is one about 1km from me, but I can't afford 2 memberships atm, as I like the classes even though I have to travel further for them. Maybe I'll try zumba next wk.
Delerium, that's so frustrating about your tummy. When you were 6k lighter was it more in proportion? I am n apple shape and always look 20 weeks pregnant, and it's hard to buy dresses as I'm a 14 bust, 18 waist, 16 hips. I do some ab stuff but there is soooo much fat on top. Hopefully you get the results you want frm low carb and more cardio. do you do body attack? I've found that good for cardio.
I did pump this norning, and finally upped my bi/tri weights from 2.5 each side to 3.5. My very small achievement for the day.
