Mothersinstinct, hopefully combat went well. I love that class and wish I could do it more.

Diamondeyes, those 24/7 gyms are great. There is one about 1km from me, but I can't afford 2 memberships atm, as I like the classes even though I have to travel further for them. Maybe I'll try zumba next wk.

Delerium, that's so frustrating about your tummy. When you were 6k lighter was it more in proportion? I am n apple shape and always look 20 weeks pregnant, and it's hard to buy dresses as I'm a 14 bust, 18 waist, 16 hips. I do some ab stuff but there is soooo much fat on top. Hopefully you get the results you want frm low carb and more cardio. do you do body attack? I've found that good for cardio.

I did pump this norning, and finally upped my bi/tri weights from 2.5 each side to 3.5. My very small achievement for the day.

Yeah I was far more in proportion then, but I've found since kids every gram goes to my stomach I have membership for the classes but never use them, I'm majorly unco I find it hard to buy clothes too. I'm a 12 up the top, 8-10 waist and 8 hips. Size 12 dresses fit me in the bust but are way to big below that and 8-10 dress have these teeny tiny spots for my DD boobs lol

Welcome to all the people who've just joined in.

I didn't exercise yesterday, don't know if I will make it today either as my son has been coughing all night. It's also my hens party today and my friend who I go to the gym with is coming to do my makeup. We were going to do spin together at 8:15, but I'll see what she says as I would need to come home after gym and shower, wash hair etc. before she did my makeup and I don't know if she has time to wait for me to do all that. Plus, both my children have green snotty noses. I'm picking 2 friends up from the station at half ten and meeting people at 12, so going to be busy this morning. I'm going to be childless for 24 hours!

Anyway, I feel terrible after not exercising. Last night I felt really fat in bed.

    Anyway, have a good weekend.

Wow that's dedication thinking of exercising on your hens day, have the day off and enjoy yourself!!!!

I have learnt not to beat myself up over 'bad' days, you still need to live and its ok to enjoy yourself for a special occasion, if your at a party have some treats just not 50 of them and get back on the wagon the next day!

    Enjoy your day BigRed!

I felt awesome last night could fit into 3 pair of shorts I haven't been able to for 2 years!!!!

Have a great day BRV - Hopefully you can make spin, you will feel great afterwards!

Sounds like your doing well Jane, it's a great feeling when you can fit into old clothes, I have a pair of $200 jeans I treated myself to when I lost 20kilos after having DS1, I got to wear them for about 1 month before I fell pregnant with DS2, so I am looking forward to when I fit back into them.

DiamondEyes - I feel so slack when I miss a day, I have to go pretty much every day to keep my motivation, otherwise i lose it. Enjoy your workout today!

Delirium & Msmummy - You'se should try the Abs, Butts and Thighs class (if your gym has it) It's a great workout and a real good fat buster especially for around the middle area.

Msmummy - well done on going up in weights! Especially in the bicep track, that is pretty much the only track (and tricep track) I am not game enough to go up in, I have weak arms.

I'm off to spin this morning at 8:15 it's the "extreme" class so goes for an hour instead of 45min, hoping i can do more then 21.5k's in the hour which will beat my record. Last night we went up to the pub for a couple of hours and played some pool and I had a few beers, so I really have to work them off!

have a great weekend bigredv! enjoy your hens night! 24 hours childless *droool*

jane doe! congrats on fitting into old pants! its so awesome isnt it? i have a couple of pairs i was desperate to fit back into, and now they are too big! and i feel lost about it lol they were a goal for such a long time... and now im in this weird inbetween size one size is too big the next one down too small. annoying!

mothersinstinct - everyday? thats awesome thats super dedication!!! good on you. i have set days off because i just cant get to the gym on those days, and i do have equipment at home, but my boys go nutty when im doing a workout here and i need to stop all the time and sort them out, its a waste of time. but oddly enough i found when i did 5-6 days a week i didnt lose as much, because i kept going into severe calorie negatives (i guess my body flipped out and clung onto whatever it could) so ive found a nice balance with 4 days a week.

    delirium - ive seen y0 pics, i think u look fab ^_^

hope everyone has a good weekend

Have a good hens nightd, brv, and happy exercising to everyone else this weekend.

I did pump this morning, and struggled through the bi/tri with imcreased weights again. I am tring to increase my weights for shoulders to 2.5 each side, so am putting that on the bar, but using 1.25 for the free weight shoulder bits. Just had some weetbix and feel bloated. Should have had fruit instead.
