    Hi Snowbunni

I'm so glad that your levels have all risen and I am praying that all continues well.. Good luck tomorrow at your scan

They are transferring a 3 day embryo tomorrow... Given DH's dna oxidisation damage to his sperm (it was 29% and normal is <20%) perhaps they should have gone to Blasty stage but they are the experts and said it'll be a 3 day.. I wish they had of done an update today cos I'd love to know how my little ones are going... Hoping that they got some really good spermies without any damage (can they tell that when they are picking them for ICSI?)

I'm positively brimming with confidence (but have a scared niggly feeling) that I can't help

    xoxo

I'm sorry for the me post but I had my EPU yesterday. I knew it was going to hurt more as I'm doing an IVM cycle and they collect immature eggs. But oh my gosh the pain. I was under for over an hour and when I came to I felt ok until the pain medication wore off. Last night I couldn't sleep I had severe shoulder pain, chest pain and ovary pain. Pain continues today and I feel dizzy and sick if I stand up. Great news is they got 14 eggs of which 9 matured! This is a great result for us.

Disney - E2 of 5700 I bet you are feeling as full as a bull. Good luck for EPU on Friday, don't be put off by my post yours won't be as sore as you are doing IVF.

Snowbunnii - So relieved for you will be hoping you have good scan results.

Jeb - Goodluck tomorrow. That's a good question re ICSI. I'm not sure of the answer.

Clem - I so hope your cycle isn't cancelled. I'll have my

To everyone in the group good luck with whatever stage you are at.

Just updating myself as I go for EPU tomorrow!!! Wish me luck for some qood quality eggs!

Clementine - I'm really sorry to hear your news I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that your cycle can still go ahead and you don't hyperstimulate

Disney - I've got incredibly sore boobs too. This is my first IVF cycle so not sure if this is common but I haven't actually had as sorre nipples since I was actually pregnant! I'm hoping the pain goes away soon for both of us - I too, feel really bloated (with 15 follicles at all around 20mm!!) and I'm quite looking forward to feeling somewhat normal again!

Summershine - so sorry to hear you're feeling so bad right now I just hope this cycle is the one for you as I can only imagine you won't want to have to go through this again too many times!! Congrats on your egg numbers though, fantastic news! I hope your embies grow well hon.

Emmy - glad to see you back on the thread, I was thinking about you. I hope you're doing ok. Keep us posted as to when you next see FS. Hope you feel a bit better soon. You're so brave and strong to just keep going.

Snowbunnii!!!! - Yay for you!!! I've been thinking about you too and was worried about bad news for you when you hadn't posted. I'm so, so glad to hear you are doing better and your levels are still increasing so well. I have had 2 ectopic pregnancies and both times the blood tests showed the levels falling over time, not increasing. I still needed surgery for both though, as the first actually ruptured my tube at 7 weeks and the second at 5 weeks. The pain was excrutiating, not like normal cramping at all, so I don't imagine that you're actually looking at ectopic pregnancy. It's probably just your bub happily burrowing in for the next 9 months

Jen - best of luck for tomorrow! your way, and for a sticky!!

To all you beautiful ladies in the 2WW, I hope you're holding together and not going too crazy! I really do hope for the best of all the lovely women on this thread and am keeping everything crossed for all of you that this year is your year. The more successes we see on here, the more inspired and hopeful I am of my own journey.

To everyone else pill popping, sniffing, jabbing, waiting for AF or just in limbo, sending you and

Tiger, sounds like it all went well! 2 to freeze is fab. Hope the TWW goes fast for you.
Snowbunnii, thats terrific!! You poor thing, all that waiting. I'm so glad this cycle has worked out for you, you deserve it. You've def put in the hard yards on the ivf journey. Thanks for your kind words. It is incredibly frustrating, i don't know how you made it through that many cancelled cycles. Pcos can be so annoying. They said i've currently got about 15 on both side that are almost 10mm as well as the the few big ones.

Disney, yay! Hope the pick up goes well. I think it is totally normal to feel down some days, i def have been. Its a roller coaster anyway, and being pumped full of hormones doesn't help at all. Just have to try and stay positive as much as you can, even though its so hard some days. I've found the drugs are making me really teary and depressed a lot of days now.

Summershine, you poor thing, hope you are feeling better. Good on you for a great haul of eggs

Good luck for tom Cal! Hope it goes well

Me, my estrogen is still low enough to just keep going and spin out the cycle to a long one, but i'm not very hopeful. We're going to see the FS tom to see whether we should cancel or keep going. I reckon i'm out though.

Cal - Goodluck for EPU tomorrow!! Hope everything goes well!

Clementine - I really hope your cycle isn't cancelled. Goodluck with your FS appt tomorrow!

Q, does anyone hold off DTD for a few days before EPU?

DH has great numbers anyway (over 100 milion), but thats after waiting 3 days. I was looking forward to DTD today but then he will only be holding out for 1 day before EPU.

    What should I do?

Emmylou, so, so sorry to hear about your embryo . It must be an awful thing to go through, hope you are doing ok. Hopefully your clinic can change some stuff so it doesn't happen again?

Disney, my FS told us we could DTD up to a day or so before EPU. We have given it exactly 36 hours My DP also has great numbers even after only 1 day so you'll probably be fine. I swore I was never going to be part of one of those couples that check they're DTDing at the right times - this process is so invasive at the est of times, the last thing I want is to lose the romance in my sex life! That said, if your DH's numbers were low, it would make sense to hold off because you want to give yourselves the best chance of success. What did your FS say? They're the experts on your particular situation and will be able to give the best advice.
