    Hi girls

I see this is already a very busy thread. Hope you have room for one more...
I see a few familiar Dec faces here. Looking forward to getting to know everyone else here too.

I just survived my failed Dec FET cycle, ready to quit everything after it all sent me totally wacko. Then yesterday went to FS for debrief. He did scan to check all ok (cos only 2 day AF), and found a "beautiful 23mm follicle". So I suggested I could do an iui! Surprise surprise - I had trigger yest and I'm doing insem today... how quick and easy is that! If only it was all so easy. Now just hoping this is the golden egg as I wait for AF to not arrive this time - please .
This is my 10th treatment cycle now... surely that's enough?

Oh yay! I'm on the list!!! Thanks Leafy

lilwish - Oh wow! That definately would have brightened my spirits as it did yours! Goodluck!!

moo - I've been trying for 2 years aswell and feel the same as you each cycle. I haven't done an IVF one yet, but will start my first once AF shows up...which I'm still hoping she won't! Goodluck and I hope AF doesn't arrive!

    everyone else!!

AFM - 8DPO and still hoping the Clomid did the trick and I won't need IVF, although I am so super excited to start my first cycle!! It's a bit of mixed emotions ATM...

Girls, can I ask you a question? Do you have to be completely well for the IVF cycle to go ahead? I’ve been feeling crap today and just looked in the mirror at work and realised my cheeks are scarlet and i’m all glassy eyed – I think i’m burning up with a stupid fever, I feel rubbish. Grrrrr! I’m not meant to start the injections for about a week, so if I am sick, it should be gone then. Do they ever cancel a cycle if you aren’t well?

    Thank you

In answer to your question. I think it only matters if you are sick with a fever around egg collection/transfer. Not sure that it matters while jabbing etc....but I have only done one cycle so not really sure? One of the other lovely ladies might have a better answer

Clementine Grace - I have had cycles where I have been sick. I came down with an awful flu just before an EPU but they didn't cancel it, the anaesthetist just took note of my breathing etc.

    Lilltstar - Goodluck!

    I have a question...

What happens if you aren't immune to Rubella?

DH and I had our bloods to check for it and get the results on Saturday, but I'm just worried that for some reason we aren't immune and they will make me wait 3 months until after the booster?

I always thought it was 3 months but a friend had her booster and was told to wait 30 days... Hope that helps!
