Yeah I protested at the time but was grateful the next day when i was feeling really sorry for myself! I'm a big sook lol. Half the dose of gonal-f this time so we will see how that goes! Severe OHSS would have been horrible! I asked DP at first to do my injections but he didnt want to so I do them myself. Its probably better that way anyway

    BecT-
Yeah its probably better to give yourself injections. At first I thought " how the hell will i do it"......jabbing myself felt wrong, lol! My dp is away with work alot so I had no choice. Much happier to do it myself!!

A lower dose of gonal-f should make a big difference for you!

Yay!! Bring on 2012 and the patter of LOTS of tiny feet for us all!

Welcome to the new ladies This thread is getting big isn't it? Thanks for starting it Jessie!!

BecT, I believe you start injections today? Good luck hon!! for you!

Where is everyone else in their cycles? Anyone else starting already?

AFM, I've still got to wait just over 2 weeks for AF to arrive so I can start on the Synarel. Is it REALLY as bad as everyone says it is? I'm pretty susceptible to PMS symptoms at the best of times anyway - really hoping I don't turn into a cranky monster to DP ! We're off to Agnes Water for the New Year break, I think both me and DP really need a chance to relax before all this starts as it's been a pretty massive year for us.

I hope everyone else had a fantastic Christmas with all your loved ones and that you're all getting the chance for a bit of a chill out over the holiday period!

Happy New Years Ladies Hoping we'll all be pregnant by the next new years!

Thanks for the lovely welcome everyone x

Tinkers good luck with your FET not long to go

BabyStepwa- good luck for you too only 2 sleeps to go!

Bec T how did you go with the jabbing? I used to put the needle in then my DH would push it in.

Cal - I hated synarel with a passion! Not for moodiness or anything just because it gave me headaches! But you do get used to it. It goes fast too.

I'm still waiting for my period which is annoying. I was diagnosed with PCOS at my 6 week scan during pregnancy however my new FS doesn't think I have it because of the extensive testing they do before ivf plus scans before/after egg collection she said its weird they wouldn't have picked it up earlier and that after egg collection it can appear you have it when it's just trauma from that op.

Either way I'm waiting for my period to rule out PCOS and to start a cycle!

Hopefully in the next month we get some BFPs!

One more day and I'm back to work -I've been back 2 months since mat leave doing 2 days a week but I'll now be doing 4 days. So not looking forward to it just want to get pregnant again ASAP!!

    Hi girls!

Loving how alive this thread is now!

How was everyone's Xmas and new year?

Maybe we should do a roll call now since its picking up?

I'm still in yeppoon holidaying and I don't want to go back to the GC!! Haha. Have just finished af... So only 3 weeks til it's go time! I'm feeling confident this time! I know how it goes and will be more relaxed.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi! Back to the coast tomorrow so will get on and do personals then Okies?

    Have a super day!

    X
