Big welcome to all the new girls to the thread 2012 will be our year!!!!

I just wanted to update that it sometimes pays to get a second opinion. My old specialist labled us unexplained and was unwilling to change my protocol in anyway saying it was an odds game. Even when I told her about the early spotting after transfer she wouldn't investigate. I had many problems with that clinic and decided to move. The new clinic started from stratch and retested me for EVERYTHING. They have discovered that I have very very very very low progesterone. Which explains so many things.
I am starting a new protocol in January, pill popping at the moment. This is the first time I have felt real hope and feel that this is possible.
I hope all you girls have a wonderful Xmas and take time to relax. I'm off to relax on a beach for a couple of weeks. See you all in the new year

Awesome! This thread has really grown. Lots of lovely ladies to chat with through this somewhat scary time!
Can't believe that 2012 is just around the corner.....I am so excited to get a embie on board!

RAI & Clementine: thats great the your fs are aware that you are candidates for ohss. Close monitoring is what you want.I got severe ohss.....NOT FUN! But its all worth it in my eyes as it has got me just that little bit closer to being a mum I am sure you will be fine on your cycles!

CJ81- all the best with your antagonist cycle. Antagonist cycles are really quick....you will love it!
Leafy- yay, I am having my very 1st FET aswell. So excited!!! I don't know so much about them yet. All my reading went into the stim cycle. I think i will have to ask some girls on here to find out what to expect.

I don't know about anyone else but I am feeling really antsy for January to get here and start the next cycle. I thought that I would do some temping so that I would know when AF will start. Well it looks like it is going to be a long cycle for me as I usually O on about day 14 but we are now up to day 17 and no O yet. Hopefully BBT will show a rise tomorrow - that would be a good Chrissy present for me .

Hello to new pople and sorry to hear that some of you are here following a failed cycle.

Have a good Christmas tomorrow everyone. Hope you all get some joy out of it.

Merry Xmas everyone. Hope santa was good to you all.
AFM - I am thinking of holding out to Feb to do another cycle, just not sure whether ill be ready to go again so soon after my ectopic op. If we wait until feb it will be 3 cycles from op until jabbing again. everywhere I read it says 3mths after op you can try again, but my FS tells me it is ok to go again on the second cycle??? Any advise you be appreciated.
