I agree Marttc - at least now you are one step closer to some answers, and one step closer to holding your little bundle of joy

Thanks girls - turns out the most likely reason we are not conceiving is DH has just been told his got abnormal sperm morphology.. Off to a fertility specialist in Jan! :-( I guess at least we have a reason why but I've been reading & not to sure it can be medically treated :-/ I'll keep researching myself till Jan... & keeping DH off alcohol as much as possible

Definitely steer clear of the alcohol. And I've heard that honey, almonds, bananas, eggs and seafood (esp oysters) are all really good for sperm quality and quantity. He should probably also check his zinc levels as zinc deficiency can also affect sperm.

Here's hoping you'll be back on the ttc road in no time.

I'm glad you have some answers. I hope the fertility specialist has some more for you. They can do amazing things these days. I'll say a little prayer for you and had everything crossed.

Thanks girls, I totally love & appreciate the support on here, it's great... & truly helps as we have tried to keep ttc a secret - mum still thinks we are waiting another year, so it's hard no to be able to discuss but I figure we are not ruled out just much harder. I read it would be minimum 12 months trying with this issue, we hit that in December.... So must be getting closer right! I'm holding out till March 2012... If nothing by then I'll start to lose it I think!! But I'll keep you all updated :-) x
