Change in DDs number 2s

I'm not sure what to do or if i should be concerned.

My 7 week old DD spent 2 nights in hospital last week with broncilitius and also a tummy bug. She had vomiting but her poos were normal just alot smeller then normal. Since we got out Saturday she has only done 1 poo which is not normal at all for her, she is breastfeed and would normally dirty a nappy at least 5 times a day. She is feeding normally.

Do you think I should be worried? Should I take her to the doctors?

It can be quite normal for a breastfed baby to go days between poos. DD (also 7 wks) used to be dirty at every change, but now it has eased off to only 1 or 2 a day. As long as she is feeding normally and still wetting nappies, then I wouldn't be worried for a few days yet.

I Was told with my daughter aslong as she has had a dirty name within in 48hrs n has wet nappies n feeding it should be ok but ring the hospital she was in darl they might want to do a follow up mine did.
