My name it Tania and we have just moved from Tauranga, New Zealand in August.
DH has got work and my youngest is at school.
I need some adult conversation for me

My daughter goes to Mueller College.

I like to read a good book in the bath, when the kids have gone to bed.
I like to do some knitting, but I think I might have to find a new hobbie as I think that one won't get used over here

Hi I'm at Griffin, not too far from you. How old is your daughter? I have a 6yo boy in Yr 1, and a 6wo girl. Still pretty homebound at the moment, as bub likes to sleep most of the time, but definitely keen to venture back out into have some sort of social life soon I also love a good book in the bath and yup, love to knit too The weather doesn't warrant much need for it, true, but I like to make up blankets and things and stash them away for winter or for friends with new babies.

Oh congratulations on the new baby. Must be a little bit of a shock to have to have broken sleep again. But that lovely baby smell and cuddles makes up for it all
How are you finding the breastfeeding?
Did your body recover alright after delivery?

My daughter is 6 too.
I left all my knitting stuff behind, to be sent over at some stage when we have some money saved up.
I ultinate between baby blankets and picture jerseys for kids.
I have done barbie, lightning mcqueen, thomas, mickey mouse, and blues clues.

When we first came over we started in Mooloolaba, on the Sunshine Coast.
Had no idea it was such a holiday place. So it was a nice place to spend 7 weeks.
Then we found Rothwell, got a rental and a school for DD and moved on over. We have been in this area for a week.
So a real newbie

How is your son enjoying school?
What does he think of the new being in the house?
