DH felt Demon Spawn kick for the first time tonight . I think I first felt it at 16 weeks, but I know I felt it at 17 at least once. My husband has strong legs and it is kicking away often now, so I suspect I will be in significant discomfort as I approach the eviction date if he or she inherited this trait!

Hi ladies. Have a question about cravings. Has anyone had unhealthy ones? If yes what did you do? All I want to eat is McDonalds cheeseburgers with chips on them...

Oooh, KellyMac I think you're craving salt! McDonald's is a very normal craving, it's all anyone in my due date group talks about right now! I'd be guessing you've got a boy on the way if trends are anything to go by!

Ellymoe, those kicks sound lovely, no doubt your bubs won't leave you alone now. I love kicks and am now starting to feel specific movements like jolts, hand movements, hiccups etc. it's so special. Not sure if it was Hoping who said it, but if DH is having trouble feeling the baby, try having him listen to your tummy. My mw suggested it as often hands are too warm and soothe the baby.

Ladydee, you are getting close to the end now! I bet you're uncomfortable! I'm seeing a chiro tomorrow for my pelvic pain, it's so bad. Are you finishing up work very soon?

Afm, life is good. Still on holidays for a few more days, then back to work for 8 weeks before baby comes. My blood pressure is causing some issues but my ob is keeping a close eye on me.

Huge congrats to Sammy (can't remember if I did that already). Can't wait to hear how it all went.

Kellymac _ I think it is not so much eating bad stuff,, but not getting enough of the good stuff that can be a prob. I've heard that babies get all the nutrients they can from us and we get whatever's leftover! So I still eat some junk food but I've been drinking green smoothies, taking my vitamins etc to make sure I still get good stuff in there for the spawn.

Hoping - I gave DH plenty of updates re: kicking to make sure he felt part of it, but yeah, it is exciting when they feel it themselves
