Thanks Bwana, I have everything crossed too! Last time we had 7 of our eggs fertilise but only got 3 blasties, so I’m trying to be realistic. I will be happy with just one really good quality blastie for 5dt on Wed. Can’t wait for that phone call tomorrow to let me know how/if our embryos have grown. Am finding the wait between EPU and ET to be REALLY long this time around. Almost as bad as the TWW.
Jayemkayare, yes, it is a good fertilisation rate, but for us it’s after that stage that it usually goes pear-shaped. My very first go at IVF way back when, we had 8/8 fertilise and all grew to 5-day blasties but not a one resulted in a BFP. Even getting to a good quality (so they say) blastie didn’t seem to be enough as the little buggers wouldn’t implant. Still, there will definitely be no BFN without any blasties so I am certainly ready to count my blessings. At least it’s a promising start and I know lots of ladies often have a lot of trouble getting even that far so I do appreciate what we have. Is this your first time with prednisolone? I’m using it this cycle too.
Good luck with your EPU Lilybaby, wishing for some super great quality eggies for you.

4 follies is great and possibly more. Bring on Fridays EPU hey and at least 5 great quality eggies
upstairs to you while i’m there.
I’m hoping the smaller dose is ok
but it continues even after the BFP, do you know how long? Sounds like you are planning a very relaxing time off, enjoy the day spa next week!!

hon. I’m sorry you didn’t get two lines. You do know that it is early though and hope is still there. The sticky says 9dp5dt for a HPT. If this isn’t your lucky cycle (and I’m still holding out that it can be) then perhaps it is time for a second opinion. Your getting great blasties so definately time to look at implantation and some further investigations for yourself. But enough of that, this cycle isn’t over yet hon
(from ICSI cycle 10) + our much loved furbaby
