Vomiting after immunisations?

Hi all, My 13 month old got her 12 month needles this past thursday, she took them fine, but yesterday threw up pretty much ALL her morning bottle and today, about an hour after morning bottle, again - which is the Aptamil 3 formula, with water, she refuses to drink cows milk yet.

I'm just wondering if anyone elses' little ones were sick a few days after their 12 month shots? She NEVER throws up any more, these two instances are the first since she used to have her little spit-ups when she was tiny. I thought maybe it was the MMR shot since they said side affects were 5-12 days after. She felt a little warm, so I gave her some nurofen & a cool washer on her head and she's fine now, but i'm stumped & worried. If her temp goes back up we will take her to the doctor this evening, but since it's a 2+hr wait at the surgery (), i'm wondering if there are any other suggestions to what It could be? No coughing, no runny nose, no wheezy breathing, no runny poos.

Just sounds like a reaction to me, but I'm no doctor.. just speaking from experience. The throwing up could be from having a temperature? Usually the only time my DS will throw up is because of this.
Just keep an eye on her, and keep her hydrated. but also try calling health direct. There are some lovely people there who you can talk to about reactions etc..
I hope your DD is back to her normal self asap!
