The 'idea' of the pregnancy was planned, but both were actually surprises

I mc before I had DD and fell pg next cycle - not meaning too as we were supposed to wait.

Then I had 2 mc and 1 chem pg and gave up - even had a box of the pill to start taking the sugar pills once my period started.... It never came and I'm now 30 weeks

Planned, but surprised as after 12 months of perfect charting and timing I thought I was broken! And as the cliche goes, it happened the month we least expected due to me being away interstate for 2 days at the just wrong "time"!

ds planned(spent $1000s on ivf to get ds)
#2(in the belly) planned surpise, we never bothered using contraception since ds was born as it took 4.5years to have him via ivf. actively tried for #2 using opks and meds for 5 months without luck, did another ivf cycle without luck. saving up to do another ivf cycle in november/december and getting investigations done on our fertility when dh knocked me up naturally. was a total surprise when af didnt show and the hpt came up really dark straight away.

    Can I choose both

DD was planned and we tried for 7 months for her after DH had a vasectomy reversal.

Medical advice was that if we wanted more children 'dont wait' so we decided to start trying right away when I had my mirena removed, figuring it would probably take another 6 or so months. First month we fell pregnant now ill have 2 under 2... so that sure is a surprise!! So this bubba was both planned AND a surprise.

    Jasper - surprise!

Belly baby - 2 years TTC and conceived as a result of a positive OPK!!!!

It's so nice to see so many grown adults have 'surprises' lol. I felt a little embarrassed that we didn't really think through with Jasper, like we knew taking 'risks' with contraception could result in a baby but didn't really think through the whole making a baby thing. I'm SO glad, soooooo so so so so glad times a million we didn't really stop and think about it. <3

    All 4 were planned

Though DD (our first) happened sooner than we thought, but she was still planned, just wasn't expecting to fall pregnant the first month
