Default Are pancakes a dinner food?

As the title suggests, do you consider pancakes a dinner food?

DH wants pancakes for dinner!! Whilst I think breakfast dinners are awesome (bacon and eggs etc) but Pancakes?!?

We are going with the masses... If more people think yes, looks like we are having pancakes for dinner. Lol!! (as an added plus though, he has offered to cook them )

    What do you think?

I'd say no BUT if it is pancakes... So it isn't something you should be saying no to. And he's making them so why not!? ; )

I make creamy chicken crepes for dinner sometimes. Absolutely a dinner meal. Crepes and pancakes I usually save for breaky usually though as I love all the sweet toppings!

    Sure why not?

I hate getting up for breakfast... by the time I get up on a day when I have time to make breakfast (a proper cooked one) it's past breakfast time anyway.

I've had them for dinner many times. Same as pikelets. I love them!
I've now lost 36kg thanks to the gastric sleeve!

    Yes!! Everything is dinner-worthy

Is now the time to fess up that I'm having cornflakes for dinner...?
When your baby is all grown up will you really regret holding them so much, or regret not holding them more?

Crepes are the version that is more likely to have a savory filling and thus be appropriate for dinner ... but ...

Research actually shows that we have our meals the wrong way around. It is much better to have a big hearty breakfast and a small dinner - so the reverse of what the majority of westerners do. My first boyfriends mother used to follow that philosophy and would cook herself a typical dinner for breakfast, and have some cereal in the evening. I think the idea is good in theory, but I'm not getting up early to cook a dinner-style breakfast so I'll stick with the majority and have my meals the wrong way around.
